walnut bowl

this was the first thing i have turned in a month
This is made from a piece of Walnut my cousin gave me.it is cut in the endgrain.it was harder to cut but it sure looks pretty I think

Looks like you're getting the hang of it. Nice continuous curve on the inside...harder to tell on the outside. It is definitely NOT a dog bowl. Great job.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

That's a gorgeous bowl robert! I love turning bowls. It's always nice having more bowls around that you can put things in! I've got a piece of Marblewood that I'll be making into a bowl soon. Let the bowl-turning begin! Great work!
