Timeless Candles

In preparation for laying my Wife, Vickie to rest later this week I took the time to visit a Buddy and his workshop this past weekend. We harvested some cherry logs from all places a beaver dam on his property and I turned nine candle holders for the calling hours and funeral. Eight are for my four Sons and their Ladies and one special one for me.

They look great. I'm sure everyone will be able to appreciate the added touch of symbolism there as well. I'm sorry about your loss.

Glad to see you getting in the shop. Looks great. Hang in there, it'll get easier.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...
