starting a staved turning.

I'm using a board I've had laying around for a while now. It's called Tigrillo. While it's beautiful, the saw dust is toxic. It will alomst stop me from breathing. Absolutely terrible. Sure is pretty though. Here is the first stage of turning it.

That is a steady rest. It pretty much eliminates chatter. It's made by Keith Clark. Here's a link to his system, I have his hollowing system as well.
