This is a turning sub-forum and they are barrels for pens. They get turned... on a lathe.
I just happen to cast my own.

Plasty,
Those are pretty neat. I think what threw us off a bit was the close up shot. It makes them look like they are a foot tall. How do you go about casting these?

Very cool stuff!! Could we see some photos of the finished pens and possibly some photos of your casting methods? That would be awesome. Great job.
