Some bowls

It's been about a year since I made a bowl, which was actually only my third successful bowl.

My daughter asked for a bowl for her birthday, so I figured I should get back to it.

I made the little one (4") as practice yesterday from a pear tree we cut down in our yard ten or eleven years ago. I made the bigger one (9") today from a maple turning blank. That's the one for my daughter.

Thanks for looking!

Both of the bowls are nice. I would give her both bowls. The small bowl she could put candy in that one. The bigger bowl, I bet she already has plans for it. She is going to love them.

Thanks, the smaller one went to the little girl next door. She loved it!
