A Sierra Stylus

I wrapped this chrome Elegant Sierra in a black polyresin blank that I received in a trade. This will be going to someone on our Christmas list.

...ever notice how "I'm sorry" and "I apologize" mean the same thing, unless you are at a funeral..?

DIck, another beautiful piece from your shop. I may have to head to Sequim one of these days for a photo lesson. Your pics are almost as good as your turnings.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

Looks great. Where did you get the stylus kit from?

James
Whittier, CA.

Just because you can, doesn't always mean you should!

Nice work, as always

One question though -- the kits Craft Supply show are for 7mm pens, the Sierra's that I've made are 27/64 ... did you adjust the soft tip somehow to get it to fit correctly?

The stylus tip has a 1/4" stud on it, simply drill a 1/4" hole where you want the stylus and epoxy the stud in. These pictures are of a Cigar top section but the same applies to any pen.

Very nice as always Dick.
I still like that little dog. Where did you get it at, and what's it supposed to be besides a display rack for your pens?

Mike, it is a knife rest so you don't get the tablecloth dirty.
