Question on stylus kits

I have been looking at click pen kits with stylus and they all have the stylus by the ink tip. Does anyone make a kit with the stylus on the plunger like this?

Or could i put together my own kit if I could find a plunger that had the stylus?

Any info would be appreciated

I get my pen kits at Rockler. They have two types of pen kits with a stylus on top:

Tec-Pen:

Stylus-Twist:

Remember that you will also need matching bushings and maybe matching drills.

Penn State has both pen kits with the stylus on the top, and a stylus that you can swap out for the top cap on any 7mm pen kit.
