I love some of the incredible grains you can find in maple. In my opinion, one of the prettiest woods. Very nice work.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

Boy, you had to put that QL maple back on here. Just when I thought I had put it out of my memory bank, and then BAM, there it is again. Beautiful stuff Mapleman. I am extremely jealous that you guys get all the cool wood down under.

That wood is quite stunning to say the least. I haven't seen it for sale around here. Do your sources sell abroad?

That is beautiful wood and your treatment of it does it justice.

How do you finish your pieces? (As in, "sand through *** grit, y coats of blah-blah-blah, etc.") I'd love to know how best to work with something like this in case I ever find a piece
