Purple Maple

I played with some Trans Tint dye on some curly maple today and wrapped it around a copper Elegant Sierra.

I love the look of dyed curly maple. Very nice.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

Thats nice. I really need to look into some dye. I have a crap load of curly maple and by itself it looks boring on a pen. These dyed ones you post are really cool!!

RRBrown, knottscott and many others were banned, they didn't just leave. They were banned for standing up to the new owners that are destroying this site. Come join us all at woodworking chat, the best new woodworking site on the net!!

I get most of my kits from.
www.beartoothwoods.com
www.exoticblanks.com
www.arizonasilhouette.com
