Would you ship these to a customer? PSI did, I called them and they said they would send replacement's, but what idiot shipped these? They are for pens not bows!
I got a pen makin "starter kit" from craft supplies USA this week. The blanks in there were straight, but really old and dried out. A couple of them had wax on the ends, presumably to keep them from drying out (didn't work so much!) The wax discolored the wood. In another thread, you can see that the end of my bocote pen is almost black.
I guess a vendor's idea of QA is different than a customer's idea of QA.
My wife is about to sue the company she got my "all you need to get started" kit from , I have spent $500-$600 dollars on the stuff I needed.:laughing::laughing:
