Ornaments

My time has been tight lately, but I managed to make a bunch of miniature birdhouse ornaments that resemble acorns.

Here are a couple of them, you can see more by clicking my Facebook link in my signature.

Maple, Padauk, and an Oak perch

Walnut, Hickory, and a Purple Heart perch.

Nice work. I just may have to 'borrow' your design and turn out a few myself.

Those are nice Dano,
We just had Bob Rosand demoing at our turning club a couple weeks ago. He turns these among other small projects. Now you need to get the tiny birds and glue them on the perches.

I thought about some tiny birds, Mike! I don't know where to find them, though. Maybe I'll try whittling some.

Looking good Dano! As far as the birds, if you have a Hobby Lobby near you they carry them also.
