One of my homemade blank pens

This is an Aero kit from CSUSA. The blank is one I created from Red Polyester Resin and some yellow plastic BB's. It's finished with 6 coats of CA.

That is a unique look. Did you have to conform the bottom of the BB's to fit on the tube or did you just make a block of resin and threw in the BB's ??? Thanks for showing.

I filled my mold with BB's and then topped off with resin. Turning was the hard part. The BB's wanted to pop out. I ended up sanding it down with 80 grit. It took a while but it was worth it in the end.

that's cool, it's got sort of a sci fi look to it. Very creative!
