Not about size but how you use it!

From what I've been reading here,Its not the size but how ya use it!It seems like a good all around size for bowl gouges is 1/2"or 5/8".Are there good quality bowl gouges for around $60.Itchy

***For the record*** Ive made hundreds of guitar bodies, never put one together and cant play a note.

I strongly recommend a 5/8 with a fingernail grind, but that's just me, and I strongly recommend against worrying TOO much about the price ... a good one will last a VERY long time.

You can never have too much pepperoni on your pizza or own too many clamps.
