Thanks so much for the compliment. I was admiring your work from the link. It is wonderful! :)
I am new to turning (2-3 yrs). Coming from a solid wood worker as yourself means the world to me. My demographic differs from the "norm" as my clients wear my work rather than utilize or display it. In that respect I greatly respect all the positive responce from all the seinor members.

Bill, nice work and design. I like the way the brass play off of the rosewood. Are these decorative items, or are they used for something? (excuse my ignorance here) My first thought was, wow, what a cool Idea for some little boxes. Have you ever made any boxes like these spools?

These ones are pretty cool Bill. I like the contrast between the wood and the metal. The one with the diamond type stone is cool as well. Just out of curiosity, what are these finished with?
I especially like the way that my 16 year old daughter cringes everytime that she sees your work. She's not a fan of body mod. I, on the other hand, appreciate them for the woodworking talent. Great job. Keep posting.

Selkie

I would not recommend using Google to research "Body Mod" if you have a weak stomach. It goes well beyond the adornments Billi makes.

As for Billi's work, very nice.
