The walnut turned easy since it was wet. Big wide curls. The zebra wood was dry and came from a woodcraft blank. It turned pretty easy also.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

Nice looking bowls, it looks like the walnut bowl has a finish on it. What did you use and did it sand out very good being wet?

I sanded it with regular sand paper and abranet sanding paper. It was pretty smooth from the tools. I used eee-ultrashine and then shellawax after that to bring out some shine.
