My Spalted Ambrosia Maple Bowl

This is another bowl I recently finished. It was a good and solid piece. It's about 9" x 2 1/2" with 6 coats of WOP. Ambrosia Maple turns great. I'm going to pick up a truck load of this stuff this weekend.

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

Don, that spalting is striking. What a gorgeous piece. Love the shape and the finish. Once again, great work!!
