micro mini goblet

Here is the last of the mini series. This is the smallest one by a pretty good ways. It is .024" tall. The Ebony mini is 7/16" tall (11mm) The other photo shows the goblet on a Dime with a standard size pin next to it.

Amazing. That little one wouldn't even hold a tear drop. What is the specie of the micro?

You're in the hunt for Ripley's Believe It or Not if you keep this up.

so small even a flea can make a bed there for proper size.

I got a nestling doll set from Russia - Siberia.

There "was" 12 pieces..... I put them away for the 4 hour flight back to Moscow for then a 17 hour flight back to JFK.
When I opened the set at my home [the largest one first, doh] and got to the 12th piece I couldn't find it. Thusly, I ended up with an odd number of 11 pieces.

DANG.

It takes real darn good control to harbor those teeny weeny pieces.

I'll post a pic of the set here - today.
Would like to know what kind of wood would it be.....

TT the bigger one is ebony. It works well at this size and even down to 1/4 this size but the smaller ones kept blowing up so I changed to yellow heart and got down to pin head size but then they started having problems so I switched to cherry for the smallest.

Stuart My sister brought me back a set of dolls from her Russian trip. I think mine have seven. I don't know what the wood is either but I think it's called Linden. There are lots of articles on the dolls if you a search.
