A little lathe work, plus some

Had a gentleman order a special edition call to commerate the first turkey taken by his grandson. The pot is buckeye burl with a crystal surface and his picture on the call. The box is walnut with cypress legs. The lid is spalted maple

I can feel the effort you put into that just from looking at the picture. That is an heirloom to be treasured by his family long after you're gone. And the kid didn't do too bad either. 20 pounds, nearly 10" beard & 1" spur ain't nothing to sneeze at. Thanks for sharing.
