I wonder if anyone has experience with these tools.I recently purchased the standard system from Lee Valley and am having issues with the chisel with the tightest curve. It enters down the side of the blank OK,but is very difficult to get it to cut around the curve and under the blank to separate it.Any suggestions?

John, I can't answer your question but I do know Lee Valley is very helpful. Just give them a call and I bet they solve your problem.

Welcome to the group of crazy woodworkers.
