Future 2 Nice Bowls

Just came in the mail today Just love it, Best thing is its bigger than I thought it was Box Elder, These going to be a treat to turn hopefully soon to, got get some project completed first.

Was going to turn one today but got up late so ill try it tomorrow irs still raining here plus I need to sharpen up some of my tools any how

BC,
sometimes box elder can be punky, lots of tearout. So sharp tools are definietly a must. Are these blanks still wet? If so, rough them out and put them in their own paper shopping bags to dry out. How big are they?

I coundent stand it no more so I put one on the lathe this morning, Kevins FBE bowl blanks are JUST SWEET, turning like no tomorrow, I got one ruffed and bagged for right now Pictures are below. If you do get one its sweet to turn.
