Free wood again

So I was cleaning up the shop today and I filled 1, count em 1, medium flat rate box with a variety of stopper and pen blanks. Stoppers there is claro walnut, walnut, madrone, spalted maple and a few other woods of forgotten species. Pen blanks there is some holly and koa.

Same deal as before. All I ask is that you cover shipping, $11.35. I closed my account that was linked to paypal and don't want to link another, so we'll figure out a different way for the funds.

Lastly, if you've gotten wood from me before, please give others a chance first. If no one new responds by this eveneing, then first come first served.

Good luck and happy turning,
Steve

Sawdust,

I do mostly small bowls so is there anything in your collection that size? I don't turn pens but the blanks for stoppers could be utilized...anyway I am interrested and have a paypal account.

Thanks,

paul

I will vouch for sawdust and say the boxes he lists for free are well worth the shipping cost and then some if you are into turning smaller items!! He sent me all kinds of cool stuff!!

Interesting, everytime you list free wood, the site gets new members, lol.

RRBrown, knottscott and many others were banned, they didn't just leave. They were banned for standing up to the new owners that are destroying this site. Come join us all at woodworking chat, the best new woodworking site on the net!!

I am very interested if any of the other folks fall through for some reason. I just started turning so I'm going through quite a few scraps lately.

Knika beat you all, only 1 box this time. Pv, I have a variety of bowl blanks, mostly walnut and elm with some madrone and maple. I wasnt looking to get rid of any, but if you've got something to trade, let me know. Otherwise, I'll put you on the list for next time.
