Good job P,
I really like the thin ones and the lidded one in the bottom picture. It looks like it is just right to hold fajita tortillas.
Did you spalt your wood or just luck out?

A coupla coats of WOP. then spray poly, some with 12-15 coats...
A coupla satin finish, and just oil...

I often will start with "tung oil" finish, or mineral oil...
Depends on my mood.

It seems I have an eye for weird wood. Mostly bought online. None dry, to my knowledge, and I don't have the patience to wait.

The thin ones get a bit of warp.
