Couple Walnut Bowls

Turned these last night. This was my second try at a natural edge. I got the walls too thin. I had trouble with the chuck slinging it off. I tried with a tenon and then a recess, both times, I had to cut it off and start again. I have a super nova 2 with 50mm jaws. I'm thinking I might have needed bigger jaws. The log was probably 5 or 6 inches when I started.
