Christmas gifts

Here's a few items I made for my niece that lives in Washington DC. The peppermill is made from canary wood and is 10" tall. The candle holders have a canary wood base and banksia pod for the post. Lastly the snowman winestopper is a piece of tulip wood.

Geez Mike, those are all fantastic. I love them all. Mrs Kenbo especially liked your snowman wine stopper. Just one question, how do I get on your Christmas gift list?
As always sir, very very nice work.

There is a very fine line between a "hobby" and a "mental illness"

Very nice. Haven't been in the shop for a while. With Thanksgiving gone, it's time for the Christmas gift saga to begin. Spent all day today in the shop. Still don't have the dust collector hooked up.

Cut out a foyer table... Made a mistake...Need to buy a little more quarter sawn oak. Cut out a guitar stand and did all the glue ups...Got to get that collector up and running...drowning in sawdust...Merry Christmas in advance.

I think my relatives will like what I make them so long as I don't show them what your relatives are getting. That's some cool stuff! Love that banksia pod.
