Best tool for power sanding?

I have up until now turned only 4 to 6 inch bowls and always sanded by hand. I will at some point start turning up to 10 inch bowls and will want to power sand. Which tool do you guys recomend for sanding; an angle drill at 1500 rpm top speed or an angle grinder with 10,000 rpm top speed? There is also the self powering sanders on a handle available. There is also many kinds of velcro sanding discs to pick from... which work the best for the money. I appreciate your help and comments.

Thanks,

Paul

I use these http://www.woodturnerscatalog.com/st...c_holders?Args=
on a regular cheapo black and decker drill with Klingsopor wave discs. I have them in 2" and 3".

That bowl was perfect right up until that last cut...

I went through 3 of the cheapy Black and Decker drills before I purchased a $60 Dewalt. I still have it 6 years later. I buy my mandrels, pads and blue discs from www.vinceswoodnwonders.com. He's great to deal with and has a great product. I use 2" discs for smaller bowls.
