Aromatic Cedar bowl

Here's a bowl I just turned from a piece of cedar I was given. A tree fell on a family members property and they thought of me. Let me know what you think.

Nicely turned and beautiful. I hope the wood doesn't move and crack as it ages. It would be great to not finish cedar as I love the fragrance. Well done!

I put paste wax on the exterior and mineral oil on the inside. The inside still let's the smell come through.

I love the scent of aromatic ceder. I used to run a department in a lattice factory and worked with it a whole bunch. I always came home smelling wonderful too.

The knots on that bowl make it really nice, great job mate!

It's a real curse, but for adventurers who are dedicated to it, body and soul, people without dreams are more frightening than death" (Made in Abyss). The Twenty Seventeen anime of the year, it definitely deserves that award. It's a show you don't expect to throw you off as much as it does. It may be Moe but it's certainly not lighthearted, just the opposite.
