Thanks to your great suggestions I've managed to put the frame back together. The construction was not flawless to begin with, but it serves it's purpose, I think.





Notice that the drumheads and lacing actually wrap around the frame and should help to hold the frame together. Wish I knew for sure why the drum came apart. Oh well . . .











Notice also that while drum makers may not always be the best woodworkers, they might still be darn good drum makers.
