want to make a copy of an old steamer trunk that has box joints at the 4 corners. they are all at least 1/2" to 3/4" in width & depth. any advice on what to use & how to use it to make this type joint?

One jig to cut any size you want. They have a few other plans for simpler jigs that will do the job.
