Yea its a tenon saw with a daft handle on it.It may even be a gents saw that someone has put a handle onto.

Both my Dad and a great uncle (who was a finish carpenter) had a back saw just like this. My Dad used it to cut dovetails for drawers. Even the handle was the same shape, but it was not with the name on your saw. I don't know the correct or proper name for it.
