Estimated labor time to mortise moddica hinges compared to butt hinges

Hi everyone. Just wanting opinions around installation time for moddica hinges compared to checking in conventional butt hinges. An Aussie tradesman put together an installation guide on YouTube for my hinges and the link is

He's mentioned in there that you can do 10 doors in an hour so I'm wondering how that compares to conventional hinges. What's your estimate for labor to fit hinges in a door & jamb for both types? Do you think it could save on labor costs if you were to use Moddica hinges instead of conventional butt hinges?

Would really appreciate feedback. Close up photo of jig uploaded.
