Yet Another Nube

Hi my name is Mike and I haven't been into woodworking very long nor is it really a hobby of mine. My main hobbies are high power rockets and RC aircraft and helicopters. I do woodworking whenever I have a need of something custom made. Because I don't have the money to buy my own equipment, I use the machines at the local middle school for a fee. Some of my rockets had custom fins and that's where some woodworking comes in. I'm currently building a small workstation for my electrical engineering projects.

I do have a question here. I'm using Safari on an iPad as I type this and haven't figured out how to post pictures or video. Also, the iPad app doesn't seem to work well as I couldn't get the curser into the message window so I could type my message.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi, Sailmike. Welcome to the forum.

I use an iPad, almost exclusively. I do love being able to use it almost everywhere. But there is price for convenience. Using safari won't let you use the neat emoticons that are available to the PC users. Posting pics in albums is impossible. In fact, it almost forces you to use the app. I've never attached a video, so no help there, but posting pics, through the app is simple. It will automatically resize pics, so there's no messing around like the PC users do.
