I read an article about a woodworker who does unique furniture, like a ball and claw chair that one leg is reaching for the ball. Does anyone know his name? I know that piece is in the Smithsonian

Fine woodworking magazine featured that chair on the back cover of issue #116, (feb. 1996). The man's name is Jake Cress, out of Fincastle, VA. No contact info. given.
