Wichita newbie

I'm new to woodworking. I just recently finished my first project - a seven foot cat tower that's a bigger better version of the Catemporary Cat Tower.
I definitely have a lot to learn about woodworking. I'm sure my biggest issue will be leaving room for seasonal expansion since I'm used to working with metal.
I currently have a cheap circular saw, cheap jig saw, Craftsman 2 HP router combo, and am in the process of making a router table that I can mount to my saw horses. I definitely need a table saw, so if anyone has one they want to give me I'd be very grateful
Now I need to find a decent shop around town where I can buy some good wood. All I can find in town is lumber for contractors.
I hope I can learn a bunch from all of you. Thanks

Let me be the first to welcome you to this awesome place! I also live in wichita and work with some cheap tools so you're not alone. I'm sure you'll like it here.
-Jeff

Check out these places for lumber...I haven't found anything closer than these two.
