I have just moved to Tenerife from the U K. We now have an apartment, which is smaller than the house we had in the U K I brought some furniture with me including a round dining table which tilts for storage. However to seat four it is a bit small and I want to build an extension to fit over the top any help would be gratefully received. The top is 38.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep polished mahogany.

Hi Wally. Welcome.

A picture would sure help. Or maybe a sketch or something. I just cannot envision what the table or extension would look like.

Where and with what tools will you be building this extension?

Have a good day.

I am trying to enclose a couple of pictures two are the round polished dining table, the other two are an outside patio table with the extension I made. The outside table was easy because it is square and all I needed was a border underneath to fit around the square. The roud table would be harder to fit

Hope the explanation sounds sensible

In Tenerife all my days are good ones

Put in there several times during my sailing days.

If memory serves me it has some very high mountains??

Welcome to the madhouse.
