Been reading this forum for a couple weeks. Liked what I saw so decided to join. Really enjoy the lack of flaming, polarizing political BS and general help I saw being posted.

I usually post on forums that involve removing skins from animals You know the general hunting and fishing type stuff, ....not Jeffery Dahmer stuff I love to fish for albacore tuna off the Oregon coast every chance the ocean lets us offshore to play. Deer and elk chasing fills in other free weekends.

I have been puttering around a wood shop since I could see over a table saw. Some of my work looks like I used a hatchet, some looks like Norm Abrams blessed it. Most of it somewhere in between.

I am about to start a project for my daughter, 4 poster bed frame with canopy. I hope to find time to share a few photos of the journey. Rough sawn lumber aquired last weekend. Between coaching our local High Schools Robotics team, and attending the sons sporting events, I dont know how long this project will take me. Probably longer than I want.

Welcome. I love to hunt myself. And I love making sawdust, though most everything I make is less than Norm quality, I enjoy doing it.
