Old - New

I have been on here for a while, but I did not post a profile. I kept thinking one of my kids would come by and teach me a few things on this computer.
I am 70 years old and have enjoyed working with wood since I got out of the service in 1963 (USCG) I do not have that much experience, most things have been for gifts.
I can figure out how to do most things in the shop. The computer is not my cup of tea. I never tried one until 3 years ago. I tried putting some pictures from my camera on the computer, and instead I lost them somewhere. So I could not post any pictures.
I would try to take some classes, but my wife is on oxygen full time because of a lung problem. I do not like to leave her alone for to long.
Reading other posts I found that I am a lurker, and my posts will not be dignified with an answer. I am truly sorry. I will lurk no more.

I understood your post up to this part. Can you elaborate?

I am sorry if this brought confusion. I guess what it means is that until I can meet the requirements, by learning how to operate my computer, I will no longer post any comments or questions. I have enjoyed the comments and the work that I have found at this site. Maybe when I can learn how to manage my pictures, and can post them, I can return.

Have your comments/questions been ignored or something.

You must have some specific reason for making this post.

Please explain. Maybe we can help you.
