New to the neighborhood

Afternoon all,
I am a newcomer to the forum, so I thought I would say "hi". I have less than a year in being a woodworker. I was doing some military duty throughout this last year, and instead of sitting around watching TV or drinking, I found my way to the wood hobby shop on base. I started out building some boxes and finally decided to try a coffee table. I will try and attach a pictureof the table when I am done here. Anyway, the guy running the wood shop on base was extremely patient and informative with me, so I now want my own woodshop here in PA. I think I caught the woodworking bug.

Hope to talk to you all soon.

Nice table. Welcome to the forum.

Remember, before you get sucked in too far, a woodworker is someone who keeps a picture of his shop in his wallet ... right there were all the money used to be.

I don't think there is much of a problem with that. I lost the money and then the wallet 22 years ago when I got married.
