Thanks i signed up today before work. Just so you know I work on all the cake lines but am assigned to the swiss roll line sounds fun but i see 1000's everyday

I used to work on the Panera assembly line and I made all of the bread rolls and sweet breads. They must have had an inspector visiting the plant every single day to do inspections.
