New here

Hi all,

I've been reading the forum for a while, and finally got around to registering tonight. I'm in northern Wyoming, and it's snowing pretty hard tonight. I've been doing woodwork for about 10 years, but nowhere near as good as many of you guys. However I am a masterful sawdust maker. I look forward to chatting with you.

I think the guys on this forum give points for making sawdust That's pretty-much the limit of my abilities and they haven't run me off yet!

Welcome.

Welcome Thalweg! I;m relatively new here too .There's a wealth of information here that you have (I'm sure) already seen. Some true Craftsmen that make my work look like childsplay. But we all have that one thing in common.....the lovehate relationship we share with woodworkin .I've found it to be a wonderful place with a great bunch of guy's.So stick around . I guess we are all master sawdust maker of one form or other. Some of us that also have sawmills make a little more than others but it all comes out about the same in the long run.

I am still trying to figure out how to post here so If you don't get this reply the right way it is because I am just not used to these new-fangled inventions such as the computer. Heck, here in WV I was 18 years old before I saw my first telephone and was scared to death when I heard the darned thing talking. When I went into the Army they had to tie me up for two weeks to get shoes on me. So if I mess up it isn't that I didn't try.
