New guy in the shop

Hey all,

My name is Branon and I'm a woodworkaholic.

I'm 31, married with no kids and a Chiropractor during the day, Norm Abram at night.

I'm not new to all this. I've been working with wood and metals since High School and have built some cool stuff, but the best is yet to come.

My wife and I have been living in an apartment for 2 years so all the shop stuff is in a storage shed. I sometimes will drive up there just to say hi to all my beloved tools while trying to smell any lingering sawdust laying around. It is a pathetic site to behold, but I'm strong enough to admit my faults, or normalities by this boards standards.

So there you have it... another humble carpenter amongst you.

Nice to meet you all....

Dr. B

Hey Doc, welcome! Your visits to the storage shed struck a familiar chord with me. I couple of years ago the wife and I tried to sell our house. The realtor told us we had to de-clutter the place so we rented a storage shed. Most of my tools and machines ended up there for nearly a year. And I'll admit it... I used to go there just to make sure they were "OK". Of course I told myself I was going to check for rust and stuff like that. The house didn't sell and I ended up bring most of the stuff back. But what's really strange is how more stuff showed up to replace the empty space in the shed! Do tools reproduce? Anyhow, nice to have you with us.
