Hope this comes through. My wife bought three of these chairs. The screws snapped in this one for some reason when I backed them out just the heads and a little neck came out. A friend, whos not at all fat, was just sitting in the chair and we heard the sound. Looking for ideas for a permanent fix, was thinking metal plate maybe?
