Nebie Intro

Hello all,
Just signed up here and would like to say hello. I am from South Ontario Canada and I've just invested some dollars into a wood shop start up and will need some pointers and advice from time to time and this looks as good a place as any to find a few expert opinions on woodworking and woodworking tools.

My shop includes Tablesaw, Bandsaw, Scrollsaw, Router & table, Compressor, Mitersaw, Radial Arm Saw, Air Cleaner, ***Dust collector is being purchased this weekend, Bench top Drill Press, 9" Disk / 6"X48 " Belt sander, 5" Disk / 1" Belt Sander, Various hand tools and several metal fabrication related items from a former life.

I worked as machinist / machine assembler fitter for around 20 years before doing a lane change and taking up computer programming... (My current full time work)... However... I have the itch to be creative and as such I have taken the plunge.
So I am fairly new to wood but very knowledgeable with regards work place safety and working with fabrication machinery... this leads to why I became a member here...

I was given a Sears Craftsman 10" radial arm saw that is in good working order. The problem is there is no blade guard. I really want to put one on. Other wise I am reluctant to use this otherwise fantastic tool. Is there anyone here able to point me to such an item that will not cost me an (Iím not gonna say it) lot of dollars.... I would like to keep my free saw as free as possible.

Thanks in advance. :-)
