jewelry box dividers

can anyone give me some help in regards to the best way to make jewelry box dividers? they are for earing necklaces etc.

Welcome allen.
Jewelry boxes are not my forte but alot I have seen simply use small dadoes into the other dividers. Hopefully you will get a jewelry box pro to come along.

I'm just thinking outloud here but I wonder if a stiff cardboard glued in place then covered with felt would suffice. Maybe even cover it in felt first then glue into place.

Maybe a thin hardboard of some type.

Do one thing at a time, do it well, then move on.

I have used 1/4" ply or maybe hardboard covered with your choice material. Dado and glue them in place.
