Howdy

I would like to introduce myself. I am Mike from Iowa. I've been a woodworker from the days growing up and tinkering in the shop on the farm. I still have some of the first tools I ever acquired ...okay, probably most all tools I have acquired, much to my wife's chagrin. I have wandered down many different aisles in the shop from wood carving, intarsia, small craft projects, furniture, construction, instrument building, toy making, to name a few. As you can tell, my interests are varied and I jump from one to the other as something grabs my attention or need. I just finished a quilt hanger and my next project will be a convertible crib for an upcoming addition to the clan. I hope to be checking out the forums and getting inspired, instructed, and impassioned about more projects.

Welcome to the forum, Mike!

Like John said, we do like photos! I'd love to see some of your intarsia if you don't mind showing us. We also like to see shops, tools, and other projects.

Welcome. I'm always amazed at intarsia crafts.
