How to remove mold stain on wooden table

Would like to know how to remove a mold stain on wooden table. Been sanding for an hour on it. Is there a better way

***For the record*** Ive made hundreds of guitar bodies,never put one together and cant play a note.

try borax soap will get into the wood.

if that doesn't work drill it out and make a plug it!
