Hi Y'all

I ran across this site a couple of weeks ago and have been lurking daily every since. All I can say is WOW!! The way all of you communicate and share ideas, tips and techniques is trully amazing. And the quality and beauty of the projects I've seen on here is phenomenial.

I'm a native Georgian and live just north of Atlanta in Marietta, Ga. I've always loved working with wood but so far my experience has been with rough carpenetry (outbuildings, sheds, workbenches etc). I've never used any advanced joinery or fine finishes, so I have a lot to learn.

This site is largely my inspiration to rip out my modest shop, rearange the few tools I currently have and add a few others. I'm four or five years from retirement so I want to get it setup properly now.

Looking forward to participating and learning!!!
Henry

Slightly to the NE of you. Make good use of Sketchup for moving stuff around, it will save you a ton of time.
