Hi From Rochester NY

Hi Everyone,

My name is Kevin I'm from Rochester NY. Just stumbled on this site. I've been building poker tables the past 4 years, www.Glendaletables.com is my site. I'm now getting a little more into woodworking. I've been looking for plans on counter/pub tables because my wife has been on me to build one for her. So if anyone can throw me a reference that would be awesome. Anyway, I'm excited to be part of this group! Thanks!

Hey Guys Thanks for the Welcome.

I'm kinda on the boarder of Greece and the city. I'm right off Lake Ave near 104.

Kodak used to be the place to work. Now people are just scared they wont have a job next month. People petitioning, it's not what it used to be that's for sure, it's too bad!

Kevin - You're right about EK....there's 9000 regulary employees left of the 69K that were there when I started. The good news is the "survivors" all have a good parking spot now! The U of R and Wegman's are now the largest employers.

I work for an insurance company doing auto appraisals and I remember back in the day you'd drive around forever looking for the cars in the parking lots now it's cake
