Hi all

Hi everyone, I've been reading here for a good while now, but only registered this evening.

I'm in the IT business professionally, but want to get into the craft side of woodworking, mainly to make toys for my two children, both of whom are under 2 yrs of age at the moment.

This looks like a great community and I hope that over time I can give back as much as I get from you all.

Regards,
Tukatuk.

Tried to send you a PM, but you've got it turned off. I have a BUNCH of toy parts left over from 20+ years ago when my kids were young and I'd love to pass it on to someone who'll use it, for a very nominal amount. PM me if you're interested.

Welcome from Texas !!!

Welcome to the forum.

Toys are a great way to hone the skills.
You can learn alot by using hand tools as much as you can by making the toys.

Cain't wait to see some pics of em.

Tools are like guns, You can never have enough.
Where did I put that tape measure???

Hi Jason, just a heads-up on that link in your sig - When I click on it, it tries to go to "http://www.contractortalk.com/www.CaConstructionCenter.com" - which leads to a page not found error.
