Hi All

Hi,
I'm a new member and a little about me . I have been rebuilding grand pianos for a few years. I am actually on my 5th one. I have a technical background and am now retired from being a teacher in building aircraft engines. Like to keep busy so Pianos and my love for music took over.
Regards to the forum

Welcome to the forum! Add your first name to your signature line so we'll know what to call you.

Did you do the finish on the black grand? Beautiful! We'd love to see your set up, shop, tools, etc. whenever you're ready to share. Do you have a website? If you do then you can add that to your signature line, as well.

I have a good friend who rebuilds player pianos and nickelodeons and is pretty well known for making parts no longer available.

I am impressed with your supports, too. I can only imagine what it takes to move those puppies around and position them.

Three men and a six pack.
Grandpiano, I'm impressed with your retirement hobby. This must be child's play compared to your job of building aircraft engines. What company?
