Hello from SoCal

I've been lurking around this forum for a few weeks now and think it's great. Time to join.

I have spent my whole life around woodworking being first introduces by my grandfather who had a shop and made toys and signs. My father was a great woodworker but limited funds made him quite the scrounger. He and I would go to the local glass company every Sunday morning to pick apart the glass creates for project material.

I have been away from woodworking for some time because hard times meant sacrificing my tools. But I have made a come back and started putting a woodshop back together in my garage.

I'm an engineer so I love fine detail. Anyway thanks for a great site and I look forward to contributing were I can.

welcome aboard

You can never have too much pepperoni on your pizza or own too many clamps.
